Then there is trance. It is indeed a powerful gift from our divine source. When in trance, I go deep into an altered state of consciousness and let go; I surrender to my guides and those spirits, angels, and star beings who are coming forth to work with us, bestowing messages to encourage and support, to guide and heal. Here again, they speak and gesture through me while I step aside and surrender to be of service.
